Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

Applyn is a product of True Pulse Media, LLC. By accessing or using Applyn ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Applyn, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account and Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to Applyn Pro is provided through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the then-current fee (e.g., monthly) as displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe; you agree to Stripe's terms and our payment policies.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account or via Stripe.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy (e.g., we may offer refunds for the current period in limited circumstances).

5. Use of the Service

You may use Applyn only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.
Share your account or credentials with others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
Use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.
Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code or data from the Service beyond normal use.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you provide (e.g., profile and resume data). You grant us a license to use, process, and display that content to provide and improve the Service. The Applyn name, logo, and the Service itself are our intellectual property; you may not use them without our permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate resumes, cover letters, interview prep, and other content. AI output is provided for your use but may not be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before using it (e.g., in job applications).

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL RESULT IN INTERVIEWS OR EMPLOYMENT. USE OF THE SERVICE AND ANY RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUE PULSE MEDIA, LLC, APPLYN, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. (You may change this to your actual jurisdiction.)
